Processing and transit

After a payment is successfully authorized, we normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and neither estimate guarantees arrival on a particular date.

Rates, destinations, and tracking

Available shipping services, charges, and any eligibility conditions appear during checkout. Enter the complete delivery address, including an apartment or unit when needed. Tracking updates depend on scans supplied by the carrier.

Delays, loss, and damage

Weather, holidays, carrier congestion, address corrections, and service restrictions can delay a shipment.
